Our Vision & Mission
Drug and Alcohol Services Inc. is a specialist treatment service for individuals with substance use problems, providing counselling, court diversion Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment Program (MERIT), the Post Custodial Support (PCS) Program and access to an Addiction Medicine Specialist.
The Muswellbrook office provides access to the Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment (MERIT) Program, Drug and Alcohol Counselling and the Opiate Treatment Program via our Addiction Medicine Specialist.
The Coffs Harbour office provides access to the Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment (MERIT) Program.
The Singleton office provides access to the Post Custodial Support (PCS) Program.
DAHS Inc is well established in the local community and has been delivering evidenced based drug and alcohol services since 1989. DAHS Inc is a member of the Network of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies (NADA) the peak organisation for the non-government alcohol and other drugs sector in NSW.
Our Board
The Drug & Alcohol Health Services Inc organisation is managed by a professional team of committed Management Board Committee members.
All aspects of the services provided by DAHS Inc is overseen by a committed management board whose membership is made up of professionals within the local community.
Accredited
Our accreditation is provided by Quality Innovation Performance Limited (QIP) which has determined that our organisation has been recognised for our commitment to best practice, quality, systems, processes and continuous improvement. This is acknowledged with the award of accreditation.
QIP Accreditation means that individuals who access our service know that we are committed to providing safe quality service provision.
